Yes, I’ve moved to NH. And I couldn’t be more excited about it. BUT that doesn’t mean I don’t still have friends to visit all over this wonderful land. It was my good luck that one of the lovely families I worked with nearly three years ago just so happens to live in my all time favorite city, and asked me to come down for a visit!!
This weekend we were gifted abundant sunshine, and once we got going it warmed up so perfectly. These two cuties had me from hello, and it was so nice to get catch up with mom and dad. Thank you again you guys, I had a great time and cannot wait to dive into your shots!!! Here are just a couple to tide you over!

As a photographer and artist there are a few dreams that can get tucked away inside our hearts as we endeavor to create and inspire with our work, and one of those for me was to someday have my photos published in a magazine.
I wasn’t actively pursuing this dream, though, just staying open to it and taking the photos that I love to take. But as often happens when we follow the love instead of the goal, dreams come to us. This week I was lucky enough to have a few of my photos included in a piece in Mingle magazine (one of the awesome Stampington family pubs!) written by some of my Tribe sisters.
It’s both an honor and a privilege to have my art included with their beautiful words. Check out the Spring 2013 issue of Mingle, on stands now, to see them for yourself. I talked a little bit more about this dream-come-true over on my coaching blog, head on over to read more!

Been spending some time getting to know my new home, hanging at the Village Bean and dreaming of summer days like this one (taken at Wallis Sands in Rye, New Hampshire). It pays to be a photographer within a state filled with beauty like this…
It’s only a matter of time till the weather makes that glorious turn for the warmer and I’ll be out there getting my jeans filthy rolling down hills, sand in my camera bag, and leaves in my hair. If you’re up for an early Spring session I’m now taking bookings. I can’t wait to meet you!

Connecticut has been good to me, and goodness knows I’ve been here a long time! But, it’s time for a change, so to New Hampshire I go! I never thought I’d want to move NORTH?! But the lakes, the coast, and the mountains are just too hard to resist. I will be making annual pilgrimages back to this area to catch up with some of my favorite familiar faces, so have no fear if you’re thinking I’m about to abandon you!
If you know of anyone in the Southern New Hampshire area who might like to have a fun, easy family photography session, you let ‘em know I’m coming! And thank you in advance for spreading the word!

Granted, Summer is clearly WELL underway, and these shots were taken at the very beginning, but I loved them so and thought I’d share them today. The little man you see below actually met me when he was mere days old. Ah, how time flies by. Thanks B Family for hanging with me again, it never gets old!
